Provide reports and documentation detailing student progress. Advise teachers and school administrators as to their “next steps” to attain a higher level of student achievement. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to teachers and administrators to impact student achievement throughout the school year. Deliver professional development solutions using adult learning methodologies in a training environment to our Client teachers. Your Challenging Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Facilitation skills, in addition to professionalism and creativity. A working knowledge of Virtual learning products such as ZOOM, Google Tools, Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary. 
Consulting and/or training experience in the design and delivery of face-to-face or facilitator-led workshops or presentations is a plus.Master's Degree (or progress toward a Degree) in education or reading related field.
